Recruitment Process

Registration of Job Order/Employer with Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA):

1) Employer submits to MSR the required documents in order to register them with the POEA.
2) MSR presents the documents to the POEA for registration/accreditation
3) POEA issues a certificate of registration of job order to MSR for the Employer.

Selection of Candidates:

1) Search applicants from the talent pool, lodge newspaper advertisement, get referrals from network of candidates.
2) Review of applicants’ resume and other pertinent documents to match the Hiring Qualification required by the Employer.

  • b. Hiring qualification required by the Employer

3) Check availability of pinpointed applicants.
4) Revalidate the information stated by the applicants.
5) Prepare a shortlist of candidates (we shortlist 2-3 applicants per staff required).
6) Present the shortlisted candidates as agreed with the Employer.
7) Employer selects from the shortlisted candidates
8 ) Selected candidates secure the needed personal travel documents (it differs depending on the country of employment).
9) Submit the personal documents to MSR for processing.
10) Pre-Departure Orientation Seminar to the selected candidates.
11) Employer sends the flight ticket of the candidate.

Processing of Travel Documents:

1) Stamping of visa to the passport.
2) Secure Overseas Employment Certificate of each candidate from the POEA.
3) Flight ticket confirmation
4) Deployment
